Between us, we bring 30 years in the contact centre industry, deep experience as solutions architects, and a track record of building software that handles millions of interactions. We built Survey Dynamix — a post-call survey SaaS used by major enterprise brands, now part of Medallia. We managed the engineering, the growth, the acquisition, and the transition.
